Directors Sarah Borg & Jess Moyes have been both nannies and babysitters for many families for over ten years and developed many close relationships with the children and their families. When families requested Sarah or Jess to babysit for them and they were unavailable the families would often say there was no one else they would trust with their children. Sarah & Jess realised that many families needed regular, experienced, trustworthy babysitters to care for their kids and so StarSitters was formed.

Sarah Borg a mother herself has worked in childcare for 15 years. She started babysitting in her final two years of school and realised how much she loved working with children so after completing her HSC Sarah obtained a certificate in childcare. Sarah has worked in various childcare roles in the Sutherland Shire ever since. This includes her role as a nanny, in long day care, before and after school care, vacation care and for the past seven years Sarah has worked at a well known gym in the Shire as crèche supervisor. Sarah has cared for thousands of children over the years and looks forward to providing many families with wonderful carers through StarSitters.

Jess Moyes has been a nanny both here in Sydney and overseas for the past ten years. Jess has loved caring for children for as long as she can remember. As a teenager Jess was always babysitting younger family members and children in her neighbourhood. After finishing high school in 1998 she completed a four month nanny certificate and further went on to study her Child Care Diploma in 2001. This year  she became a mother herself  of a beautiful baby girl.  Jess has been a close part of every family she has cared for and understands the important role a nanny plays in childrens' and families' lives.

Sarah and Jess believe that every child is a Star and look forward to providing wonderful carers through StarSitters.
